Year Ahead

Year Ahead
2014-2015 for EO Seattle is shaping up...
This year we are trying to find new ways of communicating with the membership. One new way is the video for the month. This month the spotlight is on Jim Neil, EO Seattle's president. Watch the video below to find out about Jim and the vision for EO Seattle this year.

EO Seattle Hosts the Mayor

EO Seattle welcomed both Seattle Mayoral Candidates, current Mayor Mike McGinn and challenger Ed Murray, one week prior to the election to discuss topics that directly relate to small business owners.

The Mayor of Seattle oversees a US$4.4 billion budget and 11,000 employees; providing access to leaders of this caliber allowed our membership to both ask questions pertinent to small business owners, and to make known concerns we have about the direction of our city.

Wine Tasting 101

The chapter invited Greg Harrington, President of the National Master Sommelier’s Association and founder of Gramercy Cellars, to provide wine tastings along with a unique, dynamic, entertaining and educational presentation on the diversity of wine. Gramercy Cellars is a 5,000 case winery in Washington State that focuses on Rhone- and Bordeaux-based wines.
