  4. Renewal:  Membership in EO is based on a fiscal year commencing 1 July.  Each year the renewal campaign is run from 1 June thru 31 July.  To remain an EO Member, members may renew their membership with EO by complying with the membership criteria for their particular peer group:  YEO or WEO.  Members must be in good standing with both EO and the local chapter to renew their membership.  If an existing member fails to meet all the membership criteria at the time of renewal, such member is granted a grace-period of 12 months to meet the membership criteria, and may still renew their membership. (Reference the WEO Membership Policy in Section L. for additional grace-period information.)
  5. Re-qualification Process:  Members of EO must continue to meet the membership criteria to remain a member.  There is an annual re-qualification process during the Renewal Campaign which runs from 1 June thru 31 July.  EO requires every renewing member to verify that they re-qualify as they complete the Renewal Form online through EOnetwork.  The criteria for membership are listed and the member must check a box in lieu of their signature that they meet all criteria, or that they do not meet the criteria at this time.  If they do not meet the criteria at this time, such member is granted a grace-period of 12 months to meet the membership criteria, and may still renew membership (Reference EO Membership Policy for additional grace period information).  This verification of re-qualification (or fact that grace period is being entered) is stored in the member’s profile on EOnetwork.

Additional Policies and Procedures may be reviewed with your Chapter Membership Chair.
